About Us
We Are…
Impact International is an organization started by, supported, and accountable to the Anabaptist Disciples of Christ churches. We focus on global church planting by promoting sustainable living within the communities where we serve. This is achieved by engaging in the marketplace through entrepreneurship and employment, allowing missionaries to live out their faith in full view of the community and to demonstrate the lordship of Jesus over every aspect of life.
Impact International embraces the belief that partnering with churches aligns with God’s intention for fulfilling the Great Commission. We partner with churches to send and care for workers from their congregations by facilitating their ministry efforts in the field. This collaborative model empowers both the missionaries and the sending churches to be instrumental in God’s mission around the world.
At Impact International, our priority is building strong connections between business-as-ministry initiatives and established businesses to help missionaries successfully integrate into the marketplace of their destination communities and become self-sustaining.
The end goal is always for workers under Impact International to be sent by their church, move into their specific field of ministry, make it their new home, become integrated into community, and become financially self-sustaining, eventually leading to becoming independent of Impact International and accountable only to ADC.

Mission
To partner with ADC churches to enhance mission awareness, create a sending culture, and equip believers to plant churches around the world

Vision
That every ADC church have a vibrant mission focus and sending culture with the goal of planting churches around the world, in urban areas, and unreached people groups

Purpose
To call our people in every generation to make disciples of all nations, bringing the kingdom of heaven to earth through lives transformed by Jesus

Our Affiliation
We are partners of the Anabaptist Disciples of Christ (ADC): An affiliation of conservative Anabaptist churches seeking like-minded fellowship, instruction, and accountability in church administration and congregational life in the Biblical pattern of the Apostolic church
Our Values

Discipleship
We will disciple our people and prepare them to be disciple-makers. Discipling individuals to use the talents God has blessed us with to further the Gospel in every generation.Cultural Respect

Biblical Teaching
We commit to biblical teaching in our churches and missions. We focus on the truth of Jesus. As we read in the scriptures about His holiness, purity, and integrity, we learn how to grow in a relationship with Him. Our purpose for evangelism and missions stems from our own relationship with Jesus and the teaching we receive from the Bible.

Godly Heritage
We value ‘generational faithfulness’: each generation pointing the next to the glory of God’s deity, faith in redemption through Jesus our Savior, and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. There are many worthwhile pursuits in this world, but few of them rise to the level of raising our families to follow the Lord and keep His commandments.

Cultural Respect
We commit to non-discriminate respect for other cultures. We live out of compassion helping the less fortunate, allowing them to help us in return as we learn their language, culture, and the potential sustainability of the land. We care most about the souls of the people pointing them to Jesus as the answer.

Sustainability
As we plant churches in urban areas and unreached people groups worldwide, we realize the importance of financial stewardship. Building complementary businesses and missions to create local interdependency, local sustainability, and local dignity
